The College offers the following courses of study

H.S. Science (2 years) under AHSEC
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE (3 years) under GU

BPT (4 and ½ Years) under GU
M.Sc. in ZOOLOGY (2 years) under G.U.

There will be two final examinations, one each at the end of every year.

There will be two types of course.

(i) Major Course:

B.Sc 1 st Semester (Major Courses) :

Major Courses are available in the following subjects :

Combination of Subjects :

English is Compulsory during 1st & 2nd Semester.
Students who wish to take major in any subject mentioned above is required to choose two elective subjects other than subject as major. The combinations offered are :

	Subject	:	Elective subject(Any Two)
1	Physics	:	Mathematics, Chemistry ,Computer Science.
2	Chemistry	:	Physics, Mathematics.
3	Mathematics	:	Chemistry , Computer Science, Physics
4	Botany	:	Chemistry , Zoology.
5	Zoology	:	Chemistry, Botany.
6	Computer Science	:	Physics, Mathematics

N.B. :

The two elective subjects chosen by a candidate must be passed in 10+2 standard.
A student remaining absent continuously for 10 days in Major Classes will be disqualified for major courses.

(ii) General Course:

B.Sc 1 st Semester (General Courses) :

Intake Capacity is 120
Subjects offered:

1. English is compulsory during 1st & 2nd semester.
2. Elective subjects : A student has to choose any one of the following combinations:

Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry
Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science
Chemistry, Botany, Zoology.

SUBJECTS OFFERED IN B.SC.-IT

Information Technology is a growing industry of today’s world creating enormous vacancies for skilled candidate thus to ensure opportunity for the deserving & potential students from this college. The Department of Information Technology (IT) of Science College, Kokrajhar was established in the year 2008.

Eligibility : Higher Secondary in Science (10+2) with Physics / Mathematics or Equivalent.

Duration : Duration of the course 3 years (6 Semester)

SUBJECTS OFFERED IN BACHELOR OF PHYSIOTHERAPY(BPT)

Bachelor of Physiotherapy program is offered by Science College, Kokrajhar. The BPT course is designed to meet the Indian standards and is recognized by the IAP. The program is taught by qualified faculty and has a balanced exposure of both academic and clinical training. The undergraduate program is of four and a half years with a well-organised curriculum and delivery modes emphasized on evidence based practice.
